NATIONAL TRAIN DAY

Collaborated with senior executives to strategically restructure National Train Day, Amtrak's signature marketing event, to tell the story of "Why Trains Matter" and better position it for sustainability; resulting in $150K in corporate partnership revenue, a 280% increase in corporate events to 20 markets, and an 115% increase in grassroots events totaling outreach to 310 local communities. 

Negotiated contracts and managed on-site participation of National Train Day Celebrity Spokespeople Randy Jackson, Gladys Knight, and Rosario Dawson.
