Led negotiations to secure African American Short Track Speedskating Influencers, Anthony Barthell (Olympic Short Track USA Team Coach), and Maame Biney (Two-time Short Track Speedskating Olympian), to participate as Head Coach and Hometown Olympian in the 2023 and 2024 UCB Development Camps.

Raised over $25k in fundraising revenue via individual donations and corporate sponsorships and provided vision, strategy, and project management to rebuild the club. Awarded Club of the Year by U.S. Speedskating Association (2022-2023).
